It depends on where you are. Orders processed will take anywhere from 2 to 7 business days to arrive, depending on how far away from Brisbane, QLD you are. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We use Australia Post primarily, and a network of couriers and freight linehaul companies for our larger items. These include TNT/FedEx and Mainfreight.

We offer FREE in-home demonstrations of all our large items such as Lift Chairs, Adjustable Beds and Mobility Scooters. These In-Home Demonstrations are usually carried out in coordination with Occupational Therapists, NDIS Plan Managers, Carers or your close support person(s). This service is offered in the Greater Brisbane region, including Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast, and out past Ipswich. Please contact one of our friendly team members to organise this.

Yes, we offer service and regular maintenance on all the products we sell. We can service and repair a wide range of Adjustable Beds not just our own brands. We are trained and certified on service and repair across a wide range of products and brands, just ask one of our friend team members to arrange for a service.
