The Stealth Tru-Comfort 2 is the most advanced positioning cushion in the Stealth Cushion range, providing maximum postural support alongside premium pressure management. Its deeply contoured, high-density moulded foam base is specifically designed to maximise pelvic stability, increase surface contact and support the lower extremities. This highly anatomical shape helps users maintain consistent positioning throughout the day while reducing the effort required to remain comfortably seated.
The cushion incorporates several advanced clinical positioning features that distinguish it from standard contoured cushions. An integrated anti-thrust component creates a pre-ischial shelf to promote correct pelvic positioning, while dedicated abductor and adductor contours create natural troughing that assists with lower extremity alignment. Sub-trochanter support further enhances lateral stability and helps maintain the femurs in optimal medial and lateral alignment. The addition of a posterior coccyx and sacral relief area reduces pressure over vulnerable bony prominences, making the cushion well suited to users with more complex seating requirements.
To maximise comfort and pressure redistribution, the Tru-Comfort 2 features a top layer of viscoelastic memory foam, allowing the cushion to immerse around the user's body while providing excellent pressure protection. A Coolcore® cover comes standard to assist with temperature regulation and moisture control, and includes convenient zippered side pockets for additional practicality.
