The Stealth Zen SP builds upon the proven design of the Simplicity range by combining advanced pressure management materials with enhanced seating support. Featuring a mildly contoured, high-density moulded foam base, the cushion is designed to increase pelvic stability, improve lower limb positioning and maximise surface contact. This helps distribute pressure more evenly while encouraging a stable and functional seating posture throughout the day.
A key advantage of the Zen SP is its premium Extra Extra Soft SunMate® FRG foam comfort layer. This specialised top layer is engineered to provide optimal skin protection by gently immersing the user, helping to reduce peak pressure points and improve comfort during extended periods of sitting. The cushion also incorporates a posterior coccyx and sacral relief cut-out together with sub-trochanter support, increasing lateral stability and promoting better lower extremity alignment. These features make the Zen SP particularly suitable for users who require additional skin protection while maintaining effective postural support.
The Zen SP is supplied with a Coolcore® cushion cover as standard. Coolcore technology is specifically designed to regulate temperature and manage moisture, helping maintain a cooler, drier seating environment. The cushion also meets recognised fire resistance standards (ISO 8191-1, ISO 8191-2 and CAL 117-2013) and has undergone biological evaluation and cytotoxicity testing to ISO 10993-5 and ISO 10993-10. Available in sizes from 10 x 10 inches to 24 x 24 inches, the cushion supports users up to 181.5 kg, weighs approximately 1.5 kg, and has a 3-inch (7.62 cm) profile.
