Hi Bob, As mentioned in your previous review: All the tubing we sell have 'universal' female connector ends, meaning they fit on all standard oxygen concentrator outlets including the stationary Drive DeVilbiss 5LPM model you described using. We have sold, tested and used that exact model ourselves and can confirm the tubing you purchased does indeed fit the standard outlet of this machine. The tubing you purchased is the standard 10m Salter Labs start lumen tubing, and it is widely used globally. If your outlet is modified in any way or you have an adapter or similar fitted, this might comprimise the fit of the tube of course, however this was not described to us on your initial call. We respectfully disagree with your assesment of us based on your experience with this product.
