Hi, I ordered a walking cane which I received within the time stated with no problems, except I received the wrong walking cane. I have called 4 times stating that I received the wrong cane, staff always helpful but nothing has been done and it’s been 4 weeks now. It’s stressful enough after having major surgery without the added stress of having to follow up regarding receiving what I ordered.
I am very pleased with my floor mat and toilet mat.
Much warmer on the floor with these mats.
